Why did you decide to design the bike with fat tires?
The choice to use the fat tires for the Moox Bike was simple, we wanted a more comfortable ride and the wide durable tires offers improved grip, traction and maneuverability in all types of terrain – wet stone, muddy paths or crowded snowy sidewalks.
If a tire blows, how can I order/receive a replacement?
We will offer replacement parts on the Moox Bike website, but most bike shop will carry most replacement parts needed.
What type of bike pump do I need for the tires?
No special is pump needed; it uses a standard “schrader valve”.
